Terms & Conditions


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the item back and refund your money provided that: (a) you notify us of your intention to return within three days of receiving the goods, and (b) returned / exchanged items are in the condition that they were shipped, unused and with all original tags attaches.  The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and will be refunded the full purchase price after returned goods are received. 



Stock availability is shown next to items in the online shop, and we try our best to keep this information up to date.  If the size that you order is shown and is out of stock we will refund you immediately and do our best to find you a replacement.



Payment can be made through PayPal using all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.  PayPal is a safe, secure and reliable online payment provider registered and used hundreds of New Zealand online stores.  There are no additional fees or registration needed to use PayPal, and your information is not shared with other parties.  If you prefer you can send a cheque or direct debit – please contact us on robynreynolds@vodafone.co.nz if this is your preference.
